Therefore, our team is pleased to share that Hakai has been awarded the Safety Excellence Award from the Vancouver Island Construction Association. The VICA Awards of Excellence are Vancouver Island’s premier construction industry awards, with participation from players of the construction sector, as well as the larger Vancouver Island Community. The Safety Excellence Awards are designed to honour contractors who have maintained a superior safety record during the year leading up to submission. Achieving this award, as well as maintaining our top tier standard with the COR OHS Certification program, is something Hakai is genuinely proud of, as we continue to grow our health and safety program to the best of our ability.
